3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour package, airline, and hotel accommodations. Generally:

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of departure are strictly non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your financial investment.

4. Travel Documents & Passports

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for their destination. Fine Fair Service LLC is not liable for any travel disruptions or financial losses caused by invalid documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fine Fair Service LLC acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses caused by these third-party suppliers, weather conditions, or acts of nature.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
